YG1020 features a newly refined post-treatment process that enhances chipping resistance at the cutting edge. Its distinctive gold-colored flank surface allows for quick and easy wear detection, ensuring stable and efficient tool management.
YG-1 offers multiple chip breaker geometries in YG1020. To optimize performance in negative style inserts, chip breakers UC, UR, and KR are specifically designed to deliver superior chip control and consistent results in ductile cast iron applications.
