YG012 Provides stable tool life and higher productivity
YG-1 has launched a new milling PVD grade, ‘YG012’ for Pre-Hardened & Hardened steel. YG012 has an excellent performance on Pre-hardened steel & hardened steel with HRc 30~50 such as Die cast steel or General plastic mold steel.
Key Technology
- New PVD TiSiN coating provides excellent oxidation resistance and improves flank wear resistance.
- Special content, including coating composition, will provide excellent chipping resistance.
- A newly developed substrate with a good balance between wear resistance and toughness.
