New Geometry, Expanded Sizes and Chip Breaker Options Create a More Complete Solution

 

  YG-1 has expanded its Solid Carbide End Mill Alu-Power HPC lineup for the American market, introducing new product series and broadening existing ranges to support a wide variety of aluminum

machining applications. The latest release includes newly developed series alongside an expanded range of existing products, reflecting a strategic move to strengthen coverage from roughing to precision finishing.

 

The Alu-Power HPC series continues to be engineered for high-speed machining of aluminum, aluminum die cast, non-ferrous alloys, and plastics. Core features such as the 3-flute design, stable cutting performance,

and efficient chip evacuation remain unchanged. The expanded lineup now includes broader size availability and additional chip breaker configurations, providing greater flexibility for different workpiece dimensions

and cutting conditions.

 

The most significant update is the introduction of new series JAK92 and E5K92, featuring taper neck ball nose designs. These additions enable improved accessibility and stability in deep cavity and complex geometries,

supporting advanced 3D contouring and high-precision finishing applications on 5-axis machining centers.

 

The enhanced lineup now provides a more complete solution covering both roughing and finishing operations, allowing manufacturers to improve productivity and machining accuracy across increasingly complex aluminum

components. It is also well suited for precision and repetitive machining applications in medium- to high-volume production environments, where stable tool life and process consistency remain critical.
