  YG-1 has launched a new cutting tool line, Chamfering Tools. This new line was developed to address all chamfering needs encountered in modern machining applications.

This comprehensive line offers an effective solution for deburring, edge breaking, beveling, engraving, V-grooving, and inclined surface machining, delivering productivity and

precision all in a single platform.

Chamfer Tools includes two distinct product lines, Chamfer Cut and Chamfer Mill, each tailored to specific chamfering needs.

• Chamfer Cut features a series of tools with a 90°-point angle, available in 2-, 3-, and 4-flute variations. From general purpose chamfering and engraving to increased performance

and surface finish, each product is optimized to extend tool life and improve productivity. 

• Chamfer Mill is a multi-functional tool, available with 3 different point angles to cover a variety of applications. The cutting edge on the end allows for operations such as chamfering,

V-grooving, and drilling, while the side cutting edges also allow for side milling, inclined surface machining, and interpolation beveling. Chamfer Mill provides an off-the-shelf single tool

solution for what would normally require multiple operations.

Both products in the Chamfering Tools line are suitable for machining materials such as stainless steel, mild steel, and cast iron.
